Our SAP department is seeking for an SAP PP-MES Consultant
We are looking for a skilled SAP PP-MES Consultant to design, implement and integrate IT processes and systems in the areas of production management and MES across manufacturing factories, as part of a professional team. This role requires strong SAP PP implementation experience in complex, multi-interface environments, combined with the ability to lead production system processes, support users, and drive implementation projects. A full-time, on-site position, based in the North of Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the definition, implementation, and integration of IT processes and systems in the areas of production management, including MES, for manufacturing factories.
* Develop solutions and implement them for new business processes in the areas of production management.
* Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting, service and consulting on IT issues to production personnel at the factories.
* Support and manage implementation projects in the areas of production and MES systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Leadership & Execution:
Lead and coordinate technical architecture discussions across MI software subsystems, including acquisition, reconstruction, and clinical applications.
Define and evolve the architecture for MI software platforms, balancing legacy integration with modern design principles.
Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps aligned with MI product strategy and clinical needs.
Participate in architecture governance and ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 62304).
Technology Strategy & Innovation:
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into MI software solutions.
Drive software modernization efforts
Collaborate with the Imaging Architect Office and MI systems teams to define the long-term technology runway for PET/SPECT modalities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with MI systems engineering, clinical applications, and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system-level architecture.
Guide early-stage stakeholder engagement and support integration with legacy and future-state systems.
Influence and align global teams on architectural direction and technical standards.
Operational & Business Acumen:
Ensure architectural decisions support operational stability, serviceability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Translate technical strategies into business value and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support capital and operational planning through informed technology choices and risk assessments.
Mentorship & Talent Development:
Mentor staff and principal engineers within the MI software team, fostering architectural depth and leadership growth.

This role is designed for experienced Team leader who have worked extensively with Oracle ERP and are ready to transition into the implementation and business applications domain.
Serve as the IT focal point for Oracle Fusion (Logistics & Procurement modules), leveraging your operational planning background
Take ownership of key logistics modules within the ERP and related systems
Translate business and planning requirements into system configurations and enhancements
Lead characterization and implementation of process improvements, aligned with existing operational flows
Support the design and implementation of new logistics and supply chain processes within Oracle
Write functional and technical design documents
