We are looking for a DevTest Group Manager with strong expertise in AI-driven testing and a proven ability to lead teams through the adoption of AI tools and methodologies. This role combines leadership, quality engineering, and innovation, with a focus on transforming traditional testing into a scalable, AI-enabled practice. You will lead multiple DevTest teams, drive strategy, and implement AI-based solutions to significantly improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple DevTest teams, including team leads and engineers
Define and execute the AI adoption strategy within DevTest
Drive the transition from manual/automation testing to AI-assisted and AI-driven testing
Identify and implement AI-based testing solutions (e.g., test generation, self-healing tests, intelligent execution)
Build and scale AI-enabled frameworks and tools for E2E testing
Collaborate with R&D and Product managers to integrate AI into the development lifecycle
Ensure high standards of quality, coverage, and reliability across all testing activities
Analyze metrics and KPIs to continuously improve DevTest efficiency and effectiveness
Mentor and develop team members in both technical (with extra attention to AI capabilities) and managerial path
Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements: Leadership & DevTest
5+ years of experience in SW Development / Quality Engineering. experience in QA, leading QA teams - advantage
2+ years of experience managing teams or group-level leadership
Strong background in test automation, E2E testing, and CI/CD environments
Experience working in complex, distributed systems
Experience in Telco - advantage
AI & Data Expertise
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based tools or solutions in testing or development
Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, ML basics, data-driven systems)
Experience leading or participating in AI adoption initiatives
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT)
Ability to evaluate and implement AI tools to improve engineering workflows
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
Experience with modern testing frameworks and tools
Understanding of data analysis and working with large datasets
Experience with LLM-based systems and prompt engineering
Background in data pipelines or analytics systems
Experience building internal platforms or tooling
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) - nice to have
