Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements
BA/B.Sc. from a leading university.
5+ years of experience in QA, System QA, or Integration QA for complex distributed systems.
Required Certifications: Must hold recognized industry certifications proving baseline competence, including an active ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent) AND at least one recognized Networking or Security certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+).
Test Automation: Hands-on experience maintaining, and scaling automated test suites (Python heavily preferred, Pytest, or similar frameworks).
Multi-Component Testing: Practical experience testing distributed systems and API- driven architectures.
Core Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, port routing, VPNs, secure tunnels, and client-server models.
Infrastructure & Observability: Strong Linux proficiency. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and log aggregation/telemetry tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
Protocol Knowledge: Practical understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket communication.
Cross-Stack Validation: Experience testing modern Web applications and backend services simultaneously.

Experience working with SDR (Software Defined Radio) or RF-based systems.
Background in cybersecurity, secure communication protocols, or encrypted networks.
Experience with Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress) using tools like JMeter or Locust.
SQL experience, specifically with analytical or time-series databases.
Military defense-system, intelligence sector, or field-deployment background.
Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in RF testing and measurement techniques - Must
Strong proficiency in Python programming - Big advantage
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, calibration procedures, and test standards
Proven capability working with RF test equipment (VSGs, Spectrum Analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of RF calibration procedures and standards.
Ability to design and build complex RF test setups using attenuators, couplers, and other RF components.
Advantages / Nice to Have:
Familiarity with drone RF systems, including communication protocols and regulatory requirements
Experience with industry-standard automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, ELK) and software development processes (e.g., Agile, CI/CD).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation practices.
Knowledge of wireless communication standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular technologies).

5+ years of hands-on QA or networking experience, backed by CCNP-equivalent protocol knowledge: L2 (VLAN, STP), L3 (BGP, OSPF), EVPN, VXLAN, and advanced features like PFC, ECN, RoCE, and QoS.

Production-quality Python engineering-specifically, strong OOP design and hands-on experience with Pytest.

Deep Linux proficiency (at an LPIC-1 or LPIC-2 level) to navigate system internals, analyze logs, and debug effectively.

Clear verbal and written communication, with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

B.Sc. or or B.A. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar background.

Experience with Docker and traffic generation tools (Ixia, TRex, Scapy).

8+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams.

Experienced with developing software automated tests.

Strong Python programming skills.

Demonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).

Deep Linux expertise: system internals, networking stack, process management, and scripting.

Requirements:
Elasticsearch Expert: 5+ years of experience working with Search Engines in production. You understand how indices, analyzers, and mappings work "under the hood."
Search Theory: You understand the difference between Lexical Search (keywords) and Vector Search (meaning), and know when to use which.
Python Proficiency: Strong experience with Python 3.10+. You are comfortable writing asynchronous code (async/await) and building APIs.
Data Engineering: Experience designing data schemas for search (how to structure JSON documents for efficient retrieval).

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of Backend development experience.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate.
Experience with relational databases and microservices architecture.

M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

20+ years of industry experience in systems design, distributed systems, system software, or related fields.

Chief Scientist, CTO, or equivalent senior technical leadership experience in smaller companies is highly desirable.

Deep background in distributed systems, parallel computation, networking, storage, virtualization, and memory management.

Experience building, scaling, and supporting environments for massive AI workloads.

Strong understanding of large-scale systems operational aspects, including performance, reliability, scalability, and supportability.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills in a multi-national, multi-time-zone environment.
