Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-system features and platforms from initial concept through design, implementation, and release.
Analyse, define, and debug complex system behaviours, state machines, algorithms, and event-response logic (including radio link budget considerations).
Define requirements and guide multi-disciplinary teams-spanning both our internal engineering groups (SW, HW, Modem, DSP, FPGA) and external vendors-through implementation, debugging, and integration.
Lead the integration of internal subsystems and optimize the integration of external vendor technologies.
Perform independent, hands-on debugging using Python or Matlab and log analysis tools.
Actively participate in, guide, and lead lab and field testing, validation, and system optimization both in the lab and in outdoor environments.

We are looking for a visionary engineering leader to architect and lead our quality engineering discipline into the AI era. You will own automation infrastructure, performance engineering, and all AI-driven quality initiatives - building and mentoring high-performing teams of engineers and architects who set the standard for how modern software is validated at scale.
This is not a maintenance role. You will disrupt legacy testing paradigms, champion agentic test generation, and embed AI-quality thinking into every stage of the SDLC - from the first commit to production monitoring. You will be the organizational bridge between engineering velocity and product reliability.
How will you make an impact?
AI Quality Strategy
Define and lead all AI-augmented quality initiatives across the organization
Deploy LLM-powered test generation, triage, and root-cause analysis tooling
Build frameworks for validating AI/ML model outputs and non-deterministic behaviors
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI quality toolchains (GitHub Copilot, Claude, agents)
Champion responsible AI testing practices, coverage standards, and governance models
Automation Engineering
Own the full automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers
Architect scalable, maintainable test frameworks
Drive shift-left testing embedded in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Establish coverage KPIs, flakiness SLAs, and automation ROI metrics
Lead adoption of self-healing and AI-assisted test maintenance
Performance Engineering
Lead performance and load testing strategy at enterprise scale
Define SLOs/SLAs and partner with SRE on reliability thresholds
Design continuous performance validation integrated into delivery pipelines
Drive root-cause analysis for regressions, bottlenecks, and latency spikes
Oversee toolchain including k6, JMeter, Gatling, and APM integrations
People & Org Leadership
Lead and grow teams of automation engineers, performance engineers, and architects
Set technical direction, OKRs, and career ladders for the quality engineering org
Hire senior ICs and architect-level talent; build succession depth
Foster a culture of ownership, engineering craft, and continuous learning
Partner cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership.

This role will expand and accelerate the signing platform engineering and scales the operational support to Israel. You would be the first member of Cryptographic Services located in Israel, and the local owner of signing services. We intend to grow this into a local team. Are you ready to help build it!

What you'll be doing:

Own 3S for Israel-based teams during local hours: triage, debug, resolve, and advance with context when it needs the wider US and India team.

Do the engineering, not just the ticket. Review and deploy production fixes, and take root causes back into the platform so the same failure does not return.

Onboard Networking and other Israel-based teams onto signing and key generation flows, and make that onboarding fast.

Drive AI-enabled automated self-service - the 3S Copilot, our MCP integrations, runbooks and docs - so the region can unblock itself without waiting for any time zone.

Be the regional voice in our planning: bring release calendars and bring-up achievements into our roadmap before they become blocking issues.

Partner closely with the US and India teams, and with Networking DevOps and release management in Israel.

Help hire and mentor the team as it grows, including interviewing and onboarding the engineers who follow you.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, youll help turn agentic AI capabilities for diagnosing and troubleshooting network and GPU infrastructure into secure, scalable, production-ready services. This role stands out through its end-to-end ownership across cloud and customer-managed environments, close partnership with software and AI engineers, and direct influence on the reliability of NVIDIAs AI infrastructure.


What You'll Be Doing:
Own the DevOps, infrastructure, security, release, and reliability lifecycle - from development environments and CI/CD through deployment, production readiness, and sustained operations.
Build and operate Kubernetes environments and Helm-based deployments for a Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and React microservices platform across SaaS and on-premises footprints.
Engineer GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, container builds, vulnerability scanning, and versioned image and Helm chart publication through JFrog Artifactory.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and routine operational workflows to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.
Operate PostgreSQL, Temporal workflow services, and S3-compatible object storage with disciplined capacity planning, backups, recovery testing, and safe migrations.
Strengthen release reliability through deployment validation, reduced-downtime strategies, persistent-state protection, and recovery plans for active workflows.
Deliver actionable observability and security using OpenTelemetry, Datadog/Grafana, Langfuse, secrets management, identity integration, TLS, Kubernetes RBAC, network policies, and container hardening.
Partner with software and AI engineers to troubleshoot distributed systems, investigate incidents, define reliability targets, and improve platform performance, resource efficiency, and customer outcomes.
