We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will lead the onboarding and ongoing implementation with our customers and technical partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and ongoing technical aspects of our customers.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a SaaS, B2B, technical roles such as implementation manager, professional service or technical account manager.
Strong technical background - knowledge in APIs (using postman), BI platforms, ability to write short scripts in SQL.
Experience working on high scale and real-time integrations
Ability to lead US enterprise customers through the implementation and onboarding. Native-level English is a must.

Requirements:
4+ years in a quota-carrying position such as Account Management, Expansion, or Account Executive within B2B SaaS (IT or tech-related industries a plus)
Proven success in growing existing customer relationships, consistently hitting expansion and retention targets
Skilled in contract negotiations, expansion discussions, and renewal management
Proficient with Salesforce and familiar with tools like Gong
Strong commercial instincts: understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and creating win-win solutions
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with customers
Excellent communicator: clear, empathetic, and persuasive across multiple mediums
Bonus Points If You Have:
Analytical skills using tools like Excel, Looker, or Tableau
Experience working with IT service providers, MSPs, or technical buyers
Success in a high-growth, scale-up SaaS environment
Multilingual skills for engaging a global customer base

We are seeking an experienced Senior ISV Account Manager for selling to Strategic ISVs and to expand the business with our hottest ISV customers. The Senior ISV Account Manager will be responsible for setting a long-term strategy and executing daily to grow customers. In addition to being a customer, these companies partner with AWS as an ISV and have multiple GTM goals. In the role, you will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.

Role & Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for teaming with all aspects of the customers organization. This includes C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales. Skills required to build relationships across an account include creative systems thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address all ISV customer's needs.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for selling at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
The Senior Account Manager works collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests, and will understand how to strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with what the AWS business needs. In addition to new service adoption and new line of business development, this role includes dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- - 8+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services experience.
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- - Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption and develop long-term strategic account plans.
- - Experience engaging and presenting to executive-level stakeholders across the organization, including C-suite, IT, and other business functions.
- - Evidence of successfully identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology initiatives.
- - Proficiency in both Hebrew and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications
- - Demonstrated experience selling cloud computing solutions and services.
- - Cross-functional selling experience, collaborating with roles such as Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Partners, and Independent Software Vendors.
- - Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- - Proven problem-solving abilities to understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions.
