We are looking for a Marketing Motion Designer/ Video Editor for a performance marketing agency based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities & Key Skills
Concept, design, and animate motion assets (static + video) for performance-driven
social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
Support the breakdown of winning ad structures (hook, problem, solution, CTA) into
modular creative variations for A/B testing and platform optimization
Execute post-production workflows: editing, sound design, VFX, dynamic type, format
adaptation across ratios and placements
Exposure to performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, VV) and a willingness to learn how
creative decisions impact results
Assist in researching competitor creatives and platform trends to inform new concepts
Collaborate across creative and marketing teams with clear communication, managing
Requirements: 1-3 years of professional experience in motion design and/or video editing
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - significant advantage
Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and/or video editing skills - a must
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop); working
knowledge of Figma
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image generation, video, copy) - significant
advantage
Understanding of social media ad formats and visual storytelling
High-level English - written and spoken
