Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments

Deep expertise in RevOps best practices, including forecasting methodologies, funnel metrics, GTM governance, and performance management frameworks
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and operational actions

Key Responsibilities
Directly manage Renewals for assigned set of Distributors. Disti renewal bookings and attainment against the joint goals will be a key measurement of success.
Jointly develop and implement plans to scale renewal automation with the goal of increasing on time renewal rate and positioning up/ cross sell.
Collaborate with Distributor managers, Renewal Managers and Sales
Maintain accurate metric tracking and reporting based on Revenue Forecast and Pipeline goals.
Work closely with distributors to ensure they can quote upcoming renewals accurately and proactively, ensure they have accurate information regarding upcoming renewals 120 days in advance.
Train distributor teams on renewal best practices, how to upsell and any keep them informed of any product changes that impact renewals
Collaborate with distributors to craft upsell motions tied to better security coverage
Monitor customer usage, adoption, and renewal risk signals from telemetry or distributor feedback - (Distributors are asking for telemetry data - not sure how we do this)
Provide feedback to product teams, sales ops and global disty team on recurring renewal blockers to continue to improve efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for all renewal-related inquiries.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven track record in relationship based channel account management and/or renewal sales
Possess good business acumen in channels sales management, business development, and strategic partner alignment
Experience in the IT industry, especially in Cloud-based software, infrastructure and services
Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry - highly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience developing and launching go-to-market strategies
Ability to manage short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) relationships and plans
Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end initiatives involving multiple products, groups, audiences and deliverables
