Your Impact
As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you will help accelerate development by building, maintaining, and improving robust, scalable, and highly stable infrastructure. Your work across CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, observability, databases, and system optimization will directly improve the speed and reliability of software delivery. You will make it easier for engineering teams to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate while maintaining strong operational standards. You will build and automate the systems that power software delivery:
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, and support infrastructure as code workflows with Puppet and Ansible.
Deploy, operate, and improve containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
Develop and improve on-prem Linux images and infrastructure automation for data center and hybrid environments.
Build and operate observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch, and related tools.
Design dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI frameworks that provide real-time visibility into pipelines, labs, and infrastructure.
Develop data collection pipelines and exporters to ingest metrics, logs, and traces from across the organization.
Own anomaly detection and incident-response tooling, with a focus on reducing mean time to detect and mean time to recover.
Administer MySQL and time-series data stores, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, backups, replication, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
Partner with software, IT, and lab teams to define monitoring requirements, improve workflows, and keep runbooks, design documents, and operational documentation current.
Apply security best practices for database access, data retention, and monitoring infrastructure.

You will join the Silicon One group, part of our ground breaking silicon innovation organization. We are a unique design center in Caesarea where every field - from architecture and coding to physical board design - lives under one roof.
Our team combines deep engineering expertise with a collaborative, fast-paced culture. As our IT Lab Infrastructure Engineer, you will take full ownership of lab board preparation and delivery - ensuring hardware is ready and fully operational when engineers need it, and providing hands-on troubleshooting support throughout the board's lifecycle.
Your Impact
Lead the physical and virtual lab infrastructure - from racking and stacking high-performance gear to cabling and day-to-day maintenance.
Manage inventory of high-value R&D assets, keeping track of what's available and ensuring the lab runs smoothly.
As the lab scales, write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Perl, or Bash to streamline board preparation, server provisioning, and tool deployments.
Apply strong Linux expertise to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly and independently.
Maintain security and IP protection standards while keeping the environment accessible and efficient for engineering teams.

As a growing startup, this role will continue to evolve, and were looking for team members who are comfortable building operational processes that scale with the company.

The Operations Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of customer deployments, owning all non-engineering aspects of delivery across pilots, initial deployments, and scaled rollouts. This role operates within a cross-functional scrum led by a Field Deployment Engineer (FDE), ensuring projects are delivered on time, at quality, and at scale.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end deployment execution, including planning, timelines, and rollout strategy
Drive project plans, milestones, and execution tracking across multiple workstreams
Manage field operations, installers, vendors, and site readiness
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success)
Act as the operational point of contact for customers during deployments
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution
Own logistics and onsite readiness for pilots, deployments, and rollouts
Build scalable processes, templates, and best practices for deployment operations
