We are looking for a hands-on SEO Lead to own and scale our organic growth. This role combines strategy and execution, responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and generating qualified inbound leads.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to build a scalable organic acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy
Define and execute the companys SEO strategy
Set organic growth goals and KPIs
Identify high-impact keyword opportunities
Build a roadmap to scale organic traffic and inbound leads
SEO Execution
Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements
Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and crawlability
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize existing pages and create SEO-driven landing pages
Content & Growth
Build and manage an SEO content strategy
Identify high-intent topics that convert into leads
Work with writers and product teams to produce optimized content
Technical SEO
Work with engineering to improve site performance and indexing
Improve Core Web Vitals and structured data
Identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, and duplicate content
Performance Tracking
Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
Report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and content performance
Requirements: 5+ years of SEO experience
Proven track record growing organic traffic
Experience in B2B SaaS / technology companies (preferred)
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and keyword research
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Hands-on ability to execute SEO improvements directly within CMS and websites
