the role
we are seeking a senior platform engineer to join our platform team. you will be responsible for building the technical foundation that hundreds of developers will use daily.
your goal is to make kubernetes "invisible" for our developers. you will design and implement the automated machinery-the "paved road"-that enables application teams to move from code to production securely and reliably, without managing the underlying infrastructure themselves.

internal Developer platform (idp): build and maintain our Developer portal, creating a unified "single pane of glass" for service catalogs, self-service actions, and scorecards. k8s core: design, implement, and maintain production-grade kubernetes clusters with a focus on multi-tenancy, security, and high availability. gitops mastery: implement and manage automated deployment workflows using gitops principles (argocd or flux). self-service apis: create abstractions (using tools like crossplane or custom cli tools) to simplify cloud resource provisioning and integrate them directly into idp. Developer experience (devex)
workflow optimization: analyze the Developer 's "inner and outer loops" to identify friction points and automate them away via the idp. standardization: create helm charts, ci/cd templates, and "gold path" configurations that embody best practices for security and observability. technical mentorship: act as a subject matter expert for r&d teams, providing guidance on containerization, microservices architecture, and cloud-native patterns. operational excellence
observability: build comprehensive monitoring and logging stacks (prometheus, grafana, opentelemetry) and surface these metrics within idp to give developers deep insights. security & compliance: implement automated policy enforcement (opa/kyverno) and ensure all platform components adhere to identity security standards. infrastructure as code: maintain 100% of the platform via iac tools like terraform/pulumi/opentofu etc. qualifications

we are looking for a bright, talented senior devex platform Developer to join a team of highly energized and professional engineers working on mission-critical systems in the red-hot cybersecurity industry. this role is focused on development flow productivity and building application infrastructures and tools to handle the challenges of hyper-growth and application scale.
you will design, implement, and deploy products and infrastructures that directly increase our stability and quality while reducing our time to market.
what you will do:
Developer platforms: design and develop solution-oriented enterprise DevOps platforms and tools to improve the Developer experience.
velocity & quality: create solutions to increase r&d velocity, reduce lead time, and improve overall product quality.
saas infrastructure: plan, design, and develop company's saas infrastructure, operation engine, and deployment strategy.

About the Role You will play a key role in leading and scaling our DevOps and Cloud operations teams. Your mission is to ensure that our SaaS platform is reliable, scalable, and efficient, while enabling engineering velocity and high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with team management. You will work closely with R&D and Product to continuously improve our infrastructure, deployment processes, and production operations.

Responsibilities:
DevOps Management
* Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi).
* Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs with an SRE mindset.
* Manage monitoring, alerting, and incidents.
* Promote Kubernetes and scalable micro-services practices. SecOps & FinOps
* Support implementation of security best practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in collaboration with Security stakeholders.
* Participate in security incident response processes when relevant.
* Own cloud cost visibility and optimization processes, including tagging, monitoring, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
* Support business continuity and disaster recovery.
* Enforce cost-efficiency policies and guardrails. People & Process Management
* Manage and develop DevOps team.
* Establish and improve operational processes to support engineering delivery and production readiness.
* Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Provide operational metrics and updates to engineering leadership.

Advantages:

* Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and FinOps Practitioner.
* Experience with knowledge management or AI/ML-powered SaaS products.

* Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps processes in alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), support secure development practices, work with GitOps methodologies, operate in air-gapped environments, develop scripts, and build CI/CD pipelines.
* Lead and optimize processes across all stages of the software development lifecycle, leveraging advanced technologies and tools for complex cybersecurity projects in defense systems.
