What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:
DevOps Management
* Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi).
* Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs with an SRE mindset.
* Manage monitoring, alerting, and incidents.
* Promote Kubernetes and scalable micro-services practices. SecOps & FinOps
* Support implementation of security best practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in collaboration with Security stakeholders.
* Participate in security incident response processes when relevant.
* Own cloud cost visibility and optimization processes, including tagging, monitoring, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
* Support business continuity and disaster recovery.
* Enforce cost-efficiency policies and guardrails. People & Process Management
* Manage and develop DevOps team.
* Establish and improve operational processes to support engineering delivery and production readiness.
* Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Provide operational metrics and updates to engineering leadership.

Advantages:

* Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and FinOps Practitioner.
* Experience with knowledge management or AI/ML-powered SaaS products.
* Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO).

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our DevOps team and serve as a key technical authority across customer engagements and internal initiatives. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and architectural thinking, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud solutions.
You will act as a trusted partner to the Team Lead, driving technical direction, solving complex challenges, and helping the team adopt modern technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical authority for complex challenges and architectural decisions, owning the technical direction across customer engagements and internal projects
Take strong ownership of technical outcomes and drive end-to-end implementation of cloud solutions, from design to production readiness
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and validation processes, leading technical reviews and knowledge sharing across the team
Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and skill development
Support pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and POCs, and review SOWs with technical validation, recommendations, and LOE estimates
Drive adoption of new technologies, in collaboration with the CTO office
Contribute to and prioritize technical backlog items and internal assets, including reusable code and documentation

As a Senior Cloud FinOps Specialist , you will be responsible for driving cloud cost optimization initiatives, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with advanced customers to achieve significant cost savings while maintaining top-notch cloud performance. Your role will encompass a deep understanding of cloud architecture aspects related to cost optimization and the ability to articulate findings in assess and recommendation documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Cost Optimization: Lead cloud cost optimization sessions by analyzing existing cloud infrastructure and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Advanced Customer Engagement: Collaborate with advanced customers to understand their specific cloud cost challenges, requirements, and goals. Provide tailored solutions to address their unique needs.
Analysis and Insights: Utilize your strong analytical skills to review cloud consumption data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization strategies.
Cost Model Development: Create and maintain cloud cost models and pricing scenarios to support optimization efforts.
Documentation: Produce high-quality, formal documents and reports to present findings, recommendations, and cost optimization plans to customers.
Cost Monitoring: Implement and maintain cloud cost monitoring tools and dashboards to track and report on cost savings.
Cloud Architecture Expertise: Understand cloud architecture aspects that influence cost, such as resource provisioning, scaling, and resource utilization.
