we are looking for a Junior Tech CSM.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders for SIM cards through various channels (phone, email, online, etc.)
Pack, and prepare SIM card orders for shipment
Activate SIM cards using the companys activation platform or software
Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain inventory levels of SIM cards and notify management of any stock discrepancies
Package orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping
Collaborate with shipping/logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of orders
Provide excellent customer service and handle any order-related inquiries or issues

We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy, Technical CSM to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional services for our clients.
You will set up Connecteam features based on their processes, help integrate Connecteam with other platforms, and migrate data from other platforms into Connecteam. You will collaborate closely with CS and R&D teams to develop expertise and provide top-notch service, streamlining customer processes, onboarding and saving them valuable time
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients daily to provide the above services.
Work offline for clients to complete work given by them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Collaborate with CS and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
One year experience in a SaaS company - MUST.
English AND Hebrew Native level - MUST.
You are tech-savvy, dedicated, eager and curious to learn new things, and constantly improve.
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00AM to 7:00PM to align with EMEA time zones.

we are seeking a hands-on IT Team Lead to lead and scale our local IT operations. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring the companys infrastructure, systems, and support processes run securely, efficiently, and reliably.
The IT Manager will own all aspects of day to day IT operations from help desk and endpoint management to systems administration, security implementation, and IT strategy execution. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving operational excellence, and mentoring a growing technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and Leadership-
Lead and mentor the IT team, including full time and student members.
Build and maintain a service oriented culture focused on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
Define and track IT operational KPIs, SLAs, and process documentation.
Writing documentation and maintaining the teams knowledge base.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth technology operations and compliance alignment.
Deal with Technical and managerial escalations.
Hands-On Technical Operations-
Serve as the senior escalation point for technical incidents, outages, and escalations.
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, endpoints, and network environment.
Oversee user lifecycle management onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access control.
Administer SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack and HubSpot.
Deploy and manage MDM systems (Jamf, Intune) for endpoint compliance and security.
Lead automation initiatives using scripting tools .
Ensure system reliability, patch management, and IT asset tracking.
Maintain and enforce IT security standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualities-

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration, including 1+ years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong technical knowledge across macOS, Windows, networking, and SaaS ecosystems.
Proven experience managing MDM platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and other identity/SaaS systems.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) - strong advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
