Impact and Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS (3+ years of experience required) and GCP (preferred).
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure updates.
* Demonstrate hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate scripting, infrastructure automation, CI/CD configuration, and operational troubleshooting.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Manager to lead our global DevOps initiatives across hybrid environments (AWS and On-Prem). This is a highly technical leadership role focused on building a developer-first platform.

You will bridge infrastructure and R&D by designing scalable Kubernetes-based environments, building custom internal logic, automating complex workflows, and owning the traffic and API layer.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep Kubernetes expertise, experience with ArgoCD, Helm, and Kong, and a strong software engineering mindset.

In this role you will:
Architect, build, and maintain scalable production environments across AWS and On-Prem using Kubernetes
Own and optimize the Kong API Gateway, including custom plugin development and traffic routing
Standardize application packaging using Helm and manage declarative deployments with ArgoCD
Build custom internal tools and logic using Python and Lua

As a DevOps Infra Engineer, you will:
Own and manage the companys internal AI infrastructure, including GPU-based environments
Manage and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, owning the platform end to end
Design, develop and maintain in-house infrastructure, automation tools and systems
Manage the DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Monitoring tools and databases

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 4 professionals.
Build, maintain, and operate on-prem and cloud infrastructure supporting internal labs and engineering/product needs.
Design and manage environments simulating customer setups using diverse technologies:
Thousands of VMware-based virtual machines (primarily Windows, some Linux).
Storage systems such as NetApp, EMC, and others.
VRA environments.
Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) infrastructure.
Additional technologies as required.

we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.
Role Responsibilities:
Write high-quality infrastructure-as-code that automates the provisioning, deployment, scaling, and monitoring of infrastructure to ensure that it is reliable and performant
Write maintainable code for product functionality with a primary emphasis on operations, scale, resiliency, and monitoring
Work with other engineers to ensure that new services are well-designed, properly monitored and have well-defined SLIs and achievable SLOs
Debug production issues, learn to mitigate them quickly, and find ways to prevent them
Maintain runbooks for manual tasks and replace those runbooks with automation whenever possible
Proactively track our capacity, quotas, and other performance limits to plan for growth
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to handle product availability issues as well as urgent customer support escalations
