In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for building, maintaining, and managing Finals virtual infrastructure and enterprise storage platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across a technically diverse and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and operate virtualization solutions that provide high availability, scalability, and performance across a complex on-premises infrastructure.
Design, deploy, operate, and maintain enterprise storage systems, including NetApp ONTAP, VAST Data, and IBM storage platforms.
Integrate and optimize storage solutions within virtualized environments.
Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to storage and virtualization.
Automate IT processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of Finals infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT domains to ensure seamless operation of core services.

As a DevOps Infra Engineer, you will:
Own and manage the companys internal AI infrastructure, including GPU-based environments
Manage and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, owning the platform end to end
Design, develop and maintain in-house infrastructure, automation tools and systems
Manage the DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Monitoring tools and databases
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
Take part in solving DevOps challenges in order to support and improve R&D Services and Delivery time
Own end-to-end responsibility for DEV environments
Maintaining R&D systems and issue, build self-services tooling and improve developer experience
Test and integrate new technologies and tools (POC)
Be in charge of integration with the CI team and workflows.

Impact and Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer you will focus on operations in order to ensure scalability, service reliability, capacity, and performance.

IT Engineer required being a part of the Helpdesk team. Must have basic tech experience & skills in the areas of problem determination, be creative and troubleshoot end-user IT problems. Need demonstrated computer skills, Handle service requests from company users. Take direct ownership over problem resolution through own skills or by timely escalation. Using expertise, analyze & resolve the user problem at 1st contact via phone and remote session.
Will provide IT support for company users, and support for enterprise desktop, laptop, mobile devices. Provision new computers and assist with training the users with using the IT systems.
