We are looking for a proactive and strategically-minded Marketing & Content Lead to develop and execute marketing initiatives for our medical segment. This role focuses on content creation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness and demand.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop impactful content, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing content, and campaigns tailored to the medical vertical
Create high-quality assets including customer success stories, case studies, sales enablement assets, and educational content
Support demand generation activities across digital channels and events
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and regional teams to align messaging and content
Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
Support industry events, webinars, and conferences
Build relationships with customers to develop testimonials and advocacy materials
Track and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing content, campaign execution or sales enablement
Experience in B2B technology or medical (MedTech / Dental) - advantage
Strong writing and communication skills - native-level English -Must
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally, with a self-motivated and proactive mindset
Analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics - advantage).
