We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer - Python Automation Infrastructure and testing to join our R&D Integration Automation team. This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced automation solutions across unit, integration, system, and end-to-end testing levels.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong expertise in Python and Pytest, experienced in building and executing automated tests, and comfortable working with modern CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. The Senior Developer will act as a technical mentor and key contributor, ensuring best practices are followed and test automation is seamlessly embedded into the development lifecycle. Knowledge of RF systems is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Python and Pytest.
Write unit tests, integration tests, and regression suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Develop and execute system-level and end-to-end automation, including API and UI layers (Selenium preferred).
Contribute to and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git) for reliable and scalable test automation.
Collaborate closely with SW developers, RF, QA, and DevOps engineers to embed automated testing into every phase of the product lifecycle.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure automation code meets high quality and maintainability standards.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive timely resolution in partnership with development teams.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and practices to improve automation efficiency.
Support integration activities and ensure smooth interaction between hardware, software, and automation systems.

What Youll Do:
Architect the Cypress E2E Framework: Design, build, and scale a robust, high-performance end-to-end automation framework using Cypress to validate our core web application workflows, ensuring the complex UI accurately reflects the autonomous decisions made by our AI agents.
Validate Autonomous Logic via the UI: Develop sophisticated test harnesses within Cypress that interact with the application and perform data validation (e.g., intercepting network requests) to verify the intricate decision-making, cost optimization, and safety constraints of our self-governing AI agents.
Drive CI/CD Velocity: Take ownership of the testing lifecycle by integrating fast-running, automated Cypress tests directly into our CI/CD pipelines, serving as the final, reliable gate that allows the engineering team to deploy multiple times daily with zero functional regressions.
Performance and API Testing: Utilize Cypress's capabilities for API-level testing to quickly validate backend microservices, augmenting UI tests where necessary to maintain speed and reliability.
Contribute to Engineering Culture: Champion best practices in testability, reliability, observability, and code coverage, mentoring fellow engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence across the platform.
Solve Unique Problems: Apply deep technical expertise and creativity to address novel testing challenges related to LLMs, such as ensuring the AI-generated UI flows are robust and predictable.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps engineer with deep familiarity in the streaming ecosystem to join our elite infrastructure team. What you will do
Automate Deployment and Operation
Oversee deployment of Kafka and RabbitMQ clusters (including Confluent Cloud & CFK). Build automation pipelines to ensure repeatability and resiliency across environments.
Monitor and Support Production Systems
Own production stability of global Kafka clusters. Handle on-call rotations, incident management, troubleshooting, and scaling challenges.
Improve Infrastructure Observability
Build and maintain observability systems: dashboards, alerting pipelines, metrics collection (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Optimize System Performance
Collaborate with peers on benchmarking and optimization initiatives. Work on tuning Kafka brokers, cluster configurations, and runtime parameters.
Provide Developer Support and Training (Infra-focused)
Help developers configure topics, quotas, and consumers appropriately. Train service owners to interpret monitoring data and avoid pitfalls.
Develop and Maintain Infrastructure
Contribute to building infrastructure tools and scripts (IaC, Helm charts, etc.) that make provisioning and managing clusters reliable and efficient.
Secure Infrastructure Access
Configure and maintain secure access patterns across streaming infrastructure, ensuring proper authentication and role-based access controls are enforced for both developers and services.
