We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel who will provide comprehensive legal support across Medison’s corporate, commercial, and operational activities. The role includes drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting cross?functional teams, managing legal risks, providing legal guidance, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity and regulatory integrity.
Responsibilities:
* Hands?on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of agreements
* Prepare and update governance documents
* Support internal and external audits and due diligence questionnaires
* Provide actionable legal advice to stakeholders
* Maintain and update legal templates, guidance documents, internal repositories, and structured legal guidelines

Requirements: Required education and experience
* LL.B. and a valid license to practice law in Israel.
* 2-3 years of experience in a leading law firm/in-house company supporting commercial operations
* Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
* High-level professional fluency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to draft and communicate effectively in both languages.
* Familiarity with the Pharma industry - an advantage Required qualification
