Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.
Inter-departmental Support: Provide ongoing legal advice to various departments (R&D, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to mitigate risks and support business initiatives.
Employment Law: Partner with the HR department to provide guidance on labor laws, employee equity plans and internal policies.
Privacy & Compliance: Ensure company-wide compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide legal support and strategic advice on a wide range of topics, including data protection, cybersecurity, HR/employment, private fund investment funds and commercial matters.
