An Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor youll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. Youll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers adoption and use of AWS services. Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect or in a similar role.
- Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead, with strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences.
- Languages: English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
- Experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, DevOps Engineer etc.
