We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes and driving strategic supplier relationships.
Job responsibilities:
Act as the global purchasing focal point: managing purchases end to end. From issue to delivery & payment.
Lead and execute global procurement strategies, driving cost-effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and procurement transformation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Compliance, Security, and business leaders, to align procurement activities with business needs and risk frameworks.
Drive procurement initiatives supporting overall business objectives locally and internationally.
Oversee and manage international vendors across multiple regions.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, quality, cost efficiency, and long-term strategic fit.
Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract management and performance reviews.
Conduct negotiations for advantageous terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends and proactively identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal, compliance, and security.
Develop and maintain procurement KPIs, reporting regularly on performance metrics.
Serve as the stakeholder for the Finance team for all matters related to suppliers, invoices, payments, and service delivery status.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in operations, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
7+ years of experience in international procurement organizations.
Proven experience with a successful track record in a global high-tech company.
Experience in setting up structures, systems, and processes in procurement.
Strong understanding of consumption-based pricing models, including AI solutions involving token-based usage, credits, and cloud/AI commercial frameworks, with proven experience negotiating such agreements.
Experience managing facilities procurement, including global offices, workplace vendors, and related service providers.
Knowledge of large scale global / domestic purchasing methods and procedures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools. (Zip - Advantage)
Working experience with ERP systems. (Netsuite - Advantage)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
