* Serve as the main point of contact for customers on operational matters.
* Manage end-to-end order processing, from PO to delivery, while ensuring best-practice execution.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of products in line with SolarEdge commitments and customer expectations.
* Own and manage customer escalations, proactively driving resolution and follow-up.
* Lead periodic forecasting processes with customers; monitor stock levels, bookings, shipments, and raise flags as needed.
* Collaborate closely with the Finance team to resolve invoicing, credit, and pricing matters.
* Track and monitor customer agreements and incentive plans.
* Prepare and issue weekly reports reflecting order status and key financial aspects.
* Ensure smooth and compliant order flow in alignment with organizational policies.
* Continuously improve processes, build KPIs, and lead automation initiatives.
* Maintain frequent communication with global SolarEdge stakeholders, including customers, operations, planning, and sales teams.

What you will be doing: Lead the companys consensus forecasting process, consolidating inputs from Sales Ops, Product, Operations and Support to generate an aligned demand signal. Develop and maintain production plans for all global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with capacity, constraints, and operational priorities. Analyze global inventory levels across all regions, identify risks or gaps, and recommend actions to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess. Drive crossfunctional coordination with Sales Ops, Product teams, Planning, Production Managers, FP&A, and Supply Chain. Support the S&OP cycle by validating forecast updates, reviewing capacity and footprint implications. Define BI tools and dashboards (QlikSense).

We are looking for a handson, crossfunctional Project Manager to lead products from early development through fullscale production. The role requires close daily collaboration with R&D, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and QA to ensure technical readiness, material availability, and smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead endtoend project execution from R&D to mass production (NPI). - Monitor engineering progress, identify risks, and ensure all development steps are completed. - Ensure material readiness, track shortages, resolve production blockers. - Drive issues back to R&D for rootcause solutions (not temporary fixes). - Improve supply chain processes, manage ECO impacts, and optimize workflows. - Coordinate between production, logistics, procurement, and engineering teams.
