What youll do:
The Card Processing Manager will be managing international team of processing experts working closely with our Card Processing vendors, MasterCard and VISA, creating new products, defining development requirements, and managing key projects from discovery to execution.
Working closely with various internal Departments:
CSM, Product, R&D Teams for new product implementations, process improvements and scheme mandates.
Risk team (Chargeback) to apply new technology and fraud parameters to make the card more secure.
Account Management and Business Teams: help with onboarding new clients and find creative ways to fulfill the business requirements.
Customer Journey and CSM: investigate complicated transaction cases coming from the customers to understand the issues and trends.
Finance- Reconciliation team.

The VP Customer Value will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Operations, Category Managers, Country Managers, and Support Managers to optimize the entire customer journey from first purchase through long-term engagement.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the companys LTV growth strategy, focusing on repeat purchases, order frequency, and overall customer profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase average order value, repeat purchases, and overall customer profitability.
Design and implement retention and lifecycle strategies that improve customer engagement and drive repeat usage of Helpy services.

Own and grow the Loyalty / Membership Club, increasing engagement and participation.

We are looking for a handson, crossfunctional Project Manager to lead products from early development through fullscale production. The role requires close daily collaboration with R&D, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and QA to ensure technical readiness, material availability, and smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead endtoend project execution from R&D to mass production (NPI). - Monitor engineering progress, identify risks, and ensure all development steps are completed. - Ensure material readiness, track shortages, resolve production blockers. - Drive issues back to R&D for rootcause solutions (not temporary fixes). - Improve supply chain processes, manage ECO impacts, and optimize workflows. - Coordinate between production, logistics, procurement, and engineering teams.
