Requirements:
B.Sc. or higher in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
5+ years of experience in embedded systems development and Integration.
3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
Experience with real-time embedded systems and RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX, RTLinux).
Strong system-level debugging skills using tools such as GDB, core dumps.
Proficiency in C/C++.
Experience with version control, CI/CD, and integration workflows.
Familiarity with low-level drivers and BSPs - Advantage.
Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB)- Advantage.

Requirements:
BSc of Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience working across software, hardware, firmware, and algorithms teams to deliver integrated systems.
Proven ability to lead design reviews and drive technical alignment, while owning end-to-end module development from POC through architecture, implementation, validation, and production.
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset, including structured root cause analysis across complex systems.
Proficient in programming (Python).
Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols and standards (e.g., BLE, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, UART, SPI, I2C), including compliance, interoperability, and system-level integration considerations.
Experience with complex system integration, including defining interfaces, data flows, and component interactions.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP networking, routing and switching, TCP/UDP behavior, and throughput/latency analysis and capacity planning for distributed systems.
Familiar with system simulation and testing tools.
Experience using AI tools to enhance development, system analysis, or productivity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
At least 10 years of hands-on embedded software development on multidiscipline embedded systems that went to production (in the field).
* Strong proficiency in C/C++ , microcontrollers, low-level programming, and real-time design.
* Experience with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, or similar).
* Strong understanding of peripherals, drivers, bootloaders, and hardware abstraction layers.
* Skilled with debugging tools such as JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
* Familiarity with communication protocols: I²C, SPI, UART, USB, BLE, Wi-Fi
* Familiarity with embedded development environments such as IAR, Keil, ModusToolbox, and VS Code.
* Experience working within modern CI/CD workflows, version control, and automated testing frameworks for embedded systems.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Comfortable working in a regulated environment with attention to documentation, traceability, and quality.

3+ years field/integration or systems-engineering experience (embedded/IoT/instrumentation)
Strong Linux/CLI skills and practical networking (VPN, LTE/4G, NAT)
Proven cross-stack troubleshooting experience: sensors, edge hardware, OS, and apps
Proven experience designing and executing HIL/SITL test frameworks and commissioning procedures
Comfortable with hands-on work: soldering, cabling, mechanical rigging, diagnostic tools
Willingness to travel for system installations and operate in field environments
