As a Product Manager , you will be responsible for leading the development of core product features that enhance our on-chain security solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to execution, ensuring the product aligns with our overall strategy and delivers value to our customers. Youll work closely with R&D, go-to-market teams, and customers, bringing together technical expertise, market insight, and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the rapidly evolving blockchain space.

Own the Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
End-to-End Feature Ownership: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of key product features, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, managing trade-offs between customer needs and technical constraints.
Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deeply understand their pain points, use cases, and security needs. Leverage this understanding to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to make informed product decisions and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Drive Consensus and Communication: Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and support.
Execution and Delivery: Prioritize rigorously, ensure timely delivery of product initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends, blockchain technologies, and security challenges, positioning as a leader in Web3 trust and security.

As a senior Product Manager you will work cross-functionally to take products from conception to launch. You will connect the technical, clinical and business worlds in order to break down complex problems and drive impact to the companys strategic initiatives. Youll be a primary domain owner.

How will you contribute?
Lead the end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products in a dynamic and uncertain environment.

Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines.

Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs that align with customer needs and strategic goals.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and sales to bring high-impact solutions to market.

Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.

Champion market education efforts to support new product adoption.

As a senior product manager on the cloud team you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the major cloud security features from end-to-end. Among other things, your position will involve the following:

Define feature specifications based on familiarity with market, customer needs, and technical considerations
Maintain and prioritize development backlog
Communication with customers, aggregating feedback and promoting new features
Work with UX designers, engineers and security experts to design and deliver product features
Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, marketing, etc.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Work on both inbound and outbound aspects of the product..

As a Lead Product Manager at our company you will
Lead a team of Product Managers working on one of our major growth products and lead the team to success.
Lead initiatives involving several Product Managers and teams from the different our company cores delivering cross-product value.
Own the full cycle of product development including ideation, competitive analysis, client validation, discovery with R&D, spec writing, launching and monitoring.
Work alongside Product Analysts, UX/UI, Product Marketing and other functions in the organization to drive successful products and feature rollouts.
Build positive relationships and trust through strong cross-team interactions and get buy-in for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage and interviews, market research, and usage/adoption metrics.
