In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a transformative, AI-driven platform experience. Ideal candidates will bring substantial experience in designing, developing, and scaling complex technical platforms and will demonstrate hands-on familiarity with the latest advancements in AI, including generative AI, LLMs, MLops, and agentic, autonomous platforms.
What You'll Do:
Define, drive, and create the vision, roadmap, and strategy for our company's AI-powered agentic platform across the company.
Partner closely with engineers, data science teams, and UX designers to architect, develop, and launch intelligent, self-service, and proactive features throughout the entire platform lifecycle.
Act as a thought leader, bringing clarity and direction on the intersection of AI technology and business strategy, keeping abreast of emerging AI technologies to continually drive innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders across our companys AI product teams, GTM, analytics, growth, security, and infrastructure functions to ensure successful and continual platform adoption.
Set ambitious yet achievable goals, measure progress rigorously with clear KPIs, and iterate continuously based on performance and user-feedback.
Maintain deep engagement with customers, soliciting feedback, and uncovering unmet needs to inform platform improvement opportunities.

We're looking for a Product Manager to support our teams ongoing expansion and product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering teams to drive execution and delivery.
Gather customer and internal feedback to refine features and workflows.
Support roadmap planning with data-driven insights and competitive research.
Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, SOC, and Research teams to incorporate analyst needs.

In Product Analytics, we consume and process data from multiple sources: clickstreams, user information, and data from third-party systems. Your work will be central to building a robust and flexible system that can ingest, manipulate, correlate and store all this data to have it efficiently queried by our end users.

What Youll Do:

Design, build, and maintain core backend systems for Product Analytics, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance
Drive technical architecture decisions in alignment with product goals and collaborate closely with frontend and platform teams
Work with our core platform teams to tailor Datadog's storage and query solutions to our needs
Create a strong team culture aligned with our engineering standards and our customer focus
Participate in hands-on engineering work including coding, code reviews, and design reviews

You will collaborate with engineers to build and manage our core payments systems, payment experience, lead critical product launches cross-company, and impact tens of thousands of small businesses across the US.
