We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and creative Marketing Growth Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across global markets. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, this role owns the full digital funnel from strategy to execution with a strong focus on Demand Generation, performance marketing, and growth across the US and European markets.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing global SaaS environment, with real impact on pipeline growth and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Own and execute our global digital marketing strategy across Paid, Organic, Website, and Content channels.
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and additional B2B channels - with a strong focus on the US and Europe.
Lead Demand Generation and lead nurturing initiatives to drive high-quality pipeline.
Partner closely with global Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and revenue goals.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize based on data.
Own the company website, including content updates, UX, CRO, and conversion optimization.
Drive creation of marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, ABM materials, and campaign content.
Manage external vendors and partners (media agencies, SEO, creative).
Stay ahead of digital, MarTech, and SaaS marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements: Must-Have:
3-5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
Proven experience in global SaaS companies.
Hands-on experience working with the US and European markets.
Strong background in performance marketing and paid media management.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and ownership mentality.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects end-to-end.
