This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential for extension
Manage corporate IT systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday and Zoom
Support and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex IT issues
Build and maintain automations using Okta Workflows, Zapier, scripting, and AI tools
Manage cloud infrastructure, mainly GCP (with some AWS), including VMs, project,s and permissions for non-R D teams
Manage networking and security infrastructure, including firewalls (pfSense, moving to Palo Alto or Check Point), switche,s and access points
Own endpoint management through an MDM platform (InfinitePoint or equivalent)
Provide occasional backup support for general IT requests
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a system Administrator / IT role in a high-tech environment
Hands-on experience with SaaS administration, IAM (SSO, MFA), endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure
Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
Experience with scripting and automation
Comfort working with Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints ( Linux is an advantage)
Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, service-oriented approach
