Office Manager This is a significant role that serves as the face of the company and includes all aspects of office management, CEO calendar management, company appearance, and support for administrative activities, including employee welfare, finance, and more.
Office Management and Administration Coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and tracking availability.
Hosting meetings: refreshments, beverages, and overall appearance.
Onboarding new employees - issuing Cibus cards, time-tracking system access, employee ID cards, business cards.
Coordinating international travel (flights, hotels, insurance, etc.).
Responsibility for the cleaning company and overall office appearance.
Responsibility for office food procurement, office supplies, and inventory management.
Personal Assistant to the CEO and Management Managing the CEOs calendar.
Coordinating meetings and schedules.
Preparing materials and following up on execution.
Responsibility for preserving and commemorating the legacy of 7.10.
Responsibility for Employee Welfare Activities (In collaboration and coordination with the VP of HR).
Initiating and producing company events, organizing Happy Hour,
Holiday gifts and ongoing employee gifts (holidays, births, birthdays, etc.).
Support for the Finance Department Assisting with various payments (municipal taxes, electricity, etc.).
Working with various suppliers.
Bank transfers and more.
Liaison with the Ministry of Defense (MOD) Administrative handling of various matters (with an emphasis on security clearances) מול the different MOD bodies, in cooperation with the companys Security Officer
Entry permits to institutions in Israel and abroad.
Coordination of security background checks.
Requirements: Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a technology company - mandatory
Experience working with senior executives - mandatory
Experience working in a defense company - significant advantage
Full proficiency in Office software - mandatory
Experience with Canva - an advantage
Very good English (reading, writing, and speaking); additional languages - an advantage
High level of order and organization, responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team, initiative, and a systemic perspective.
