Proven leadership experience in Field, Customer, or Partner Marketing roles within global B2B high-tech companies.
Strong hands-on experience managing marketing budgets aligned to GTM and sales targets.
Solid understanding of P&Ls and revenue-driven planning.
Demonstrated track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Passion for technology businesses, including hardware, software, and platforms.
Experience in payments or fintech, a strong advantage.
Comfortable working with senior Sales leaders, regional GMs, and Finance.
Fluent English - mandatory.
German or Dutch - a strong advantage.
