Supporting performance reviews to maintain alignment with objectives.
Managing reporting and data infrastructure to track team and initiative performance and provide management tools.
Implementing tools to optimize daily procurement processes.
Tracking cost?saving and working?capital opportunities and collaborating with BUs.
Acting as savings expert: training on saving tools and BI systems, BI ownership and analysis.
Managing global procurement SharePoint portal, including content updates.
Leading operational activities supporting procurement transactions to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Conducting internal checks according to the annual global work plan.
Developing and executing internal communication strategy to inform and align global procurement teams.
Requirements: What are we looking for?
- BA in Economics or Industrial Engineering or similar
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance or operation role
- Experience with SAP
- Process Orientation
- Analytical Reporting Skills
- Fluent in English
