We are looking for a hands-on Senior Algorithm engineer with strong leadership potential to join a 3D vision robotics team and grow into leading a small, high-impact algorithms group.
This role combines deep algorithmic ownership with increasing technical leadership, influencing core R D deliverables and the companys technology roadmap in 3D vision and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms for 3D vision and robotics systems
Drive innovation across multi-view geometry, computer vision, and deep learning
Own core algorithmic R D while remaining deeply hands-on
Gradually build, mentor, and lead a small algorithms team (up to 2 engineers)
Translate product and system requirements into robust, scalable algorithmic solutions
Collaborate closely with product, software, and system teams
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in algorithm development
Strong background in computer vision, 3D vision/graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning
High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)
Strong system -level thinking and software design skills
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
