We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to lead a high-performing team within our Sales organization.
This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring technical excellence through collaboration with both Sales Engineers and Technical Sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, technical solution selling, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
Ability to engage and connect at the C-suite level.
Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles

By being our Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the inbound and outbound shipments flow. Your daily tasks will include ERP inventory transactions, you will manage multiple internal and external interfaces such as forwarders, trucks companies, customs agents, vendors and more. What will you be doing?
* Perform inventory transactions in our ERP system.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
* Prepare shipping documents.
* Track import and export shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
* Supervise & measure logistics providers performances.
* Generating various reports related to inventory and shipments.

we are searching for an outstanding Equipment and Hardware Buyer. As an Equipment Buyer, you'll work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group, with our company's top test houses global integrated circuits final test and wafer sort mass production activities. At this position youll be working with worldwide infrastructure support vendors, contract manufacturers, internal engineering, and production groups to ensure company targets are met.
What you'll be doing:
Manage all our company Israel equipment and H/W procurement
Request for quotations / RFQ
PR/PO issuing and tracking
Monitor supplier performance and maintain long-term business relationships
Collaborating with our internal cross functional stakeholders and equipment suppliers
Take part in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

* Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up until goods/services are received to the WH, including repair parts.
* Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates, etc.
* Sourcing & scouting for new suppliers
* On going negotiations
* Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change
* Producing reports and analyses for different activities
*  Multiple work interfaces within the organization
