The AI, Data & Research unit is at the forefront of our companys innovation, building data-driven, ML-powered, and intelligent security solutions. We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Product Owner to join our group of data and ML engineers.
You will be responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements, management and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our data and ML frameworks. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the PO accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The PO works closely with the Engineering Teams, Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, and Technical Writers.
What will you do:
Produce valuable content for our customers
Own the backlog - deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable feature
Be the central focal point for all parties outside of the development department for: how the framework works, what the product can do, and how a certain change will affect the framework
Analyze framework business requirements and produce a functional design
Utilize deep knowledge of the frameworks and its use by customers to work together with the rest of R&D, explain the requirements and answer any functional questions
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data engineers, MLEs, Product Managers, and other engineering teams.

Position Overview:
Be a part of the Global Business Applications group, leading our Post-sale and service organization from an information system perspective using the latest technology of salesforce, Gainsight, Five9, and other related tools including managing integrations between the different information systems, where youll play a key role in shaping our information systems. Leverage cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and related tools to drive business impact, while managing integrations across multiple platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Working with latest technology of Salesforce such as Experience cloud (Customer community including e-Commerce, internal community), Digital engagement, Einstein Prediction as well as Learning management system (Appinium), Five9 call center, CMS. Responsible for integrations and creating processes cross-systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end projects and items, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Customer Experience solutions, driving initiatives such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Training, Services and more.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and execute complex projects using both out of box features.
Design and analyze various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.
Responsible for evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality.
Evaluate new tools to be implemented with integration to Salesforce to drive solutions to business process issues and maintain data integrity.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within Scrum sprint cycles to prioritize, plan, and deliver Salesforce-related tasks and enhancements.
