we are looking for a Finance Business Partner.
you will:
Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.

What you'll do:
Lead efforts within Finance to design and implement best-practice, end-to-end processes and develop a strategic roadmap for system and AI-driven process implementations.
Business partner with the different finance teams and with external business partners (IS, legal, CS, RevOps) to drive improvement activities, efficiency and productivity
Prepare business design documents, RFPs, and source vendors (including automation or AI-supported solutions) to improve accuracy and scalability.
Manage testing and UAT cycles with users, ensuring smooth rollout of new systems and smart process automations.
Develop global project roadmaps and work with multiple finance teams to implement long-term, scalable solutions that optimize team productivity.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including presentations, project plans, minutes, and progress reports.
Monitor and control project performance and deliverables against time, cost, and quality KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve performance through process optimization, automation, and emerging tools.
Prepare documentation to track and report project milestones and progress to stakeholders.
Serve as a change agent for Finance, promoting best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.

* Accountant who will ensure revenue transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
* Work with the sales, legal and sales operations group on any revenue recognition issues
* Manage and ensure accurate and timely quarterly accounting close of revenue related accounts and accounts receivable.
* Control all incentive plans offered to the company customers.
* Review client contracts and determine the proper treatment of revenue recognition
* Design, manage and execute certain key revenue controls
* Create and document the Company’s revenue recognition policy for new products and services.
* Drive the development of the project plan to implement the new revenue recognition standards and monitor any other SEC and FASB developments related to revenue recognition.
* Implementation of the Group’s accounting policies related to revenue recognition at subsidiaries
* Submission and consolidation of subsidiary's monthly and quarterly reports.
* Work on ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
