* Lead, Develop and guide the payroll team in the monthly payroll process.
* Accomplish the organizations other payroll process objectives, including relationships with internal and external partners.
* Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation, taking action and implementing changes where necessary.

What will you be doing:
* Manage the IL bookkeeping team
* Maintain accurate, thorough and organized financial records in the companys books
* Make sure our ERP is updated, manage all Accounts Payables including day to day reconciliations of all accounts.
* Supervision of Bank accounts reconciliation
* Review payment process, including wires, checks, credit cards and petty cash, checking and approving payments.
* Review reimbursement expenses of employees in Israel and other locations.
* Maintain relationships with vendors, including resolving any issues or discrepancies.
* Manage the intercompany accounts, including reporting to subsidiaries and reconcile on a monthly basis.
* Involved in the monthly/quarterly reporting process.
* Ad-hoc projects.

The company`s logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and Storage of our products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time. We are looking for a results-driven 3PL coordinator to oversee a third-party logistics (3PL) operation, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Job Description:
* Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
* Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
* Measure KPI, set & measure improvement targets.
* Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations.
