Cliganic, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee the companys procurement processes, sourcing, and PO monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Buyer, specifically within the cosmetics, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in sourcing raw and packaging materials, as well as knowledge in material planning and MRP within ERP systems (NetSuite is a significant advantage).

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and packaging.

Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers; negotiate contracts and maintain relationships to optimize procurement outcomes.

Cost Efficiency: Diligently pursue competitive pricing while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Operations: Closely monitor all open POs, work proactively to minimize lead times, and maintain accurate data within the ERP system.

Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance procurement practices and implement process improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Sales Ops, and Finance.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and mitigate risks.
