Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation for manual IT processes (onboarding/offboarding, permissions) to improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years in IT roles, with at least 2 years of experience leading an IT department in a global high-tech company (200+ employees).
Experience supporting remote teams.
A strong passion for providing a world-class employee experience and building seamless IT processes.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Okta.
Experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools, including MDM, EDR, and other managed solutions
Experience designing and implementing organizational IT processes such as support, procurement, vendor approval, tools implementation, and similar
Motivation to grow, learn, and think outside the box
Open-minded and a team player.
