What You Will Do:
Global Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of developers located across multiple global locations. Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and ownership. Architecture & Design: Lead the design of mission-critical systems with a strong focus on API best practices and modular architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
AI-Driven Development: Champion the integration of AI and LLM tools into the development lifecycle. Drive the adoption of AI for code generation and optimization to boost team velocity and code quality. Delivery & Roadmap: Manage team tasks and sprint lifecycles. Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and execute the project roadmap.
Hands-On Contribution: actively participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including high-level design, code reviews, and hands-on coding when necessary to resolve complex bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a cross-functional team of platform engineers, DevOps, and DevSecOps professionals, fostering technical excellence and personal growth. Design and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, OCI) using modern IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Helm, and ArgoCD to support highly available, secure, and cost-efficient systems.
