Your day-to-day activity is to work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces - customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to execute, supervise, and manage the programs work plan, deliveries and budget.
In this role you will -
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary programs for various defense applications, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Manage a range of production programs - coordinate production and deliveries to customers.
Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.
Interface with engineering, operations, R&D, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.
Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.
Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.
Requirements: At least 2 years experience in program management, or similar roles.
Experience with products involving HW assembly and integration, and HW deliveries to customers.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical programs - an advantage.
Academic degree in Engineering - an advantage.
Results oriented and self-driven manager.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in agile work environment - an advantage.
Fluent in English.
