we are seeking a driven and dynamic Software Execution Manager to join the AV Platform Deployment team and help shape the future of Autonomous Driving systems. This role involves managing the execution of commitments, leading technical discussions, and ensuring timely software delivery.
What will your job look like?
Lead external and internal technical discussions to determine and integrate delivered features.
Manage execution of commitments to automotive partners, including determining Platform SW (base SW) delivery content and timeline.
Define product roadmap and release planning, track execution, and remove blockers.
Collaborate with R&D, System teams, external suppliers and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Identify and close gaps in execution efforts across all projects.

As a Product Development Program Manager, you will be a member of the Operations team working within the Acute Care & Monitoring business unit. In this role, you will collaborate with other global cross-functional Core Team members and be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, management, and completion of all deliverables required to effectively execute on key project commitments and drive strategic alignment across for the business.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Leads or leverages cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate requirements, develop project plans, and manage deliverables for strategic programs within AC&M Operations.
Drives the execution and implementation of project deliverables, establishes operating mechanisms, and assures alignment with MDT and Operating Unit leaders in support of strategic business objectives.
Manages timelines and Gantt charts to ensure program deliverables are met from initiation through delivery and escalates risks and issues for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, Operating Unit leaders, and key stakeholders.
Monitors the effectiveness and performance of the program and facilitates the development of contingency plans and recommends actions to resolve issues impacting program goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, reviews status of projects and budgets, prepares status reports, and communicates with stakeholders to maintain alignment through the course of the project.
Applies and demonstrates strong leadership that results in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective, and proactive communications and stakeholder management, including communication with executive leadership.
Utilizes effective, standard project management tools and techniques to independently execute on project deliverables. This includes managing scope, schedule, risk and budget.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CAREER STREAM: Program Managers and Directors focus on tactical, operational activities for a major program with broad or ongoing impact. Levels within the program management career stream typically accomplish program objectives through matrixed employee teams and / or vendors who are not direct reports but for which the incumbent has direct accountability to lead. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing program/team performance, communicating project and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of program team members. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of program team members.

we are looking for an Execution Program Manager to lead planning and execution for our AV Program Product Line & Driving Functions group. Youll oversee development progress, work closely with engineering, research, and infrastructure teams, and help ensure the group meets its strategic and technical goals.
What will your job look like:
Plan and manage execution across multiple development team.
Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs (e.g., test pass rates, model performance, build stability, validation cycle times).
Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation bandwidth.
Help identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers, including failing tests, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Facilitate cross-team execution reviews using dashboards, reports, logs, and performance summaries.
Engage hands-on with development artifacts, including reading code, running code and scripts, and reviewing outputs to support execution tracking and issue resolution.

Your day-to-day activity is to work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces - customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to execute, supervise, and manage the programs work plan, deliveries and budget.



In this role you will -

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary programs for various defense applications, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Manage a range of production programs - coordinate production and deliveries to customers.
Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.
Interface with engineering, operations, R&D, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.
Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.
Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.
