What will your job look like?
As a Site Administrative & Logistics Coordinator at the Nazareth site, you will play a key role in supporting both operational needs and employee wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and coordinating offsite meetings, conventions, conferences, and seminars, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
Supporting internal projects and providing strong back-office assistance, including travel arrangements for management and handling operational requirements.
Planning and executing employee welfare activities and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, including budget management and expense tracking.
Assisting with onboarding new employees, offering desk-side support when needed, and managing office equipment and Outlook distribution lists.
Providing administrative support to key leaders, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and customer visits.
Preparing materials for staff meetings, including agendas and minutes, to ensure effective communication and documentation.
Maintaining internal communication with supporting departments at the site and responding to the ongoing operational needs of the branch.
Utilizing your skills in PowerPoint and Excel to create presentations and reports that support management and team activities.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks, support leadership, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
A minimum of 3 years practical business/administrative experience or equivalent.
Proficiency in written and spoken business English and Microsoft Office computer programs, specifically MSOffice.
A high degree of pro-activeness, professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
Phenomenal meeting planning, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate manner
Proven ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines as necessary as well as out of the box thinking and ability to use common sense and make decisions quickly.
