We are looking for a talented, "hands-on" QA Manager to join us, specializing in the areas of Storage, Clustering, Networking and System-integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for Test Automation Development, design automation tests and pipelines integrating with SW tools from the ground up, interfacing to various systems and tests (Python-based).
Work closely with developers to create and maintain a state of the art system tests.
Define, develop and execute automated testing plans with deep system knowledge and understanding.
This position also requires hands-on work.

Youll drive the automation strategy, lead our automation engineers team, and guide the integration of AI-based solutions into our test development processes ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation across our testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of automation engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across backend and frontend systems
Define and implement the overall automation strategy, frameworks, and tools
Write and review test plans based on product requirements and system architecture.
Drive the integration of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT-based agents) into the automation process for intelligent test generation and optimization
Perform and oversee manual testing where automation is not yet in place
Own the full testing lifecycle from design, implementation, and execution to reporting and analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor testing coverage, quality, and progress
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring stability and reliability of releases
Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to align testing strategies with release goals
Participate in security, performance, and regression testing as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing practices, tooling, and infrastructure

As we scale, we are looking for a Head of QA Automation to lead the transformation of our testing infrastructure, moving from manual QA processes to a robust, modern, and scalable automation-first approach.
On your day to day:
As Head of QA Automation at our company, you will lead the shift from manual to automated testing across all platforms, backend, frontend, mobile, and audio/video. You'll define quality standards, implement automation tools suited to our stack (React, Node.js, WebRTC), and integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with engineering, product, and DevOps, youll mentor QA team members and drive a culture of speed, coverage, and quality.

Lead an automation team (5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts
Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies
Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance
Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services
