Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Entry:
Collecting and entering operational data from Energy Storage System plants while ensuring complete accuracy.
Data Review and Analysis:
Identifying trends, inconsistencies, and anomalies in the data to support system performance insights.
System Performance Monitoring:
Tracking performance dashboards, monitoring downtime or irregularities, and ensuring issues are documented and followed through.
Issue Routing:
Identifying system alerts and routing them to the correct internal expert.
Ensuring issues are being handled and not remaining open for too long.
You do not fix technical problems, you manage the flow.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Managing calendars, deadlines, and internal scheduling to ensure tasks occur at the right time and according to system needs.
Documentation & Reporting:
Preparing clear summaries, reports, and logs to support internal decision making and project oversight.
Standards & Compliance:
Ensuring data handling and documentation meet internal guidelines and industry requirements.
Requirements: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Intern to join our System Monitoring and Controls team. This is a full time back office intern position focused entirely on computer-based work, data handling, task coordination, and supporting internal operational processes for our Energy Storage System projects.
This role requires precision, ownership, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining structure and clarity. You will be responsible for monitoring system data, scheduling, routing issues to the relevant experts, and ensuring smooth operational flow behind the scenes.

Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a minimum of C1 level is required.

Proficiency in Excel, including handling large datasets.

Advantage, familiarity with Monday.com (boards, tasks, workflows).
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Curiosity and willingness to understand the full project picture.
