We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Manager to lead and integrate end-to-end purchasing and supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, operational continuity, and optimal service levels across the organization. This role combines strategic procurement leadership with hands-on logistics. You will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, managing supplier relationships, and aligning procurement decisions with demand planning, inventory strategy, and delivery performance across multiple spend categories.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead, and continuously improve integrated procurement and logistics strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Drive strategic sourcing initiatives while ensuring alignment with logistics capabilities, inventory levels, and operational requirements.
* Analyse and forecast market trends, pricing dynamics, and buyer–supplier power to support informed sourcing and contracting decisions.
* Monitor and forecast demand in collaboration with operations, planning, engineering and finance to ensure supply continuity and cost control.
* Ensure all materials and services are purchased, stored, and delivered within budget, timeline, and quality constraints.
* Lead supplier and subcontractor selection based on total cost of ownership, quality, service levels, capacity, reliability, and logistics performance.
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers while continuously identifying new sourcing and logistics optimization opportunities.
* Negotiate, administer, and manage purchasing agreements and contracts in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
* Proactively identify and resolve cost, quality, delivery, and supply disruptions.
* Manage procurement and logistics-related risks, including supply continuity, lead times, inventory exposure, and quality issues.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to define inventory strategies, safety stock levels, and replenishment models.
* Lead and develop the procurement and logistics team, ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements: * Relevant academic degree.
* Proven 5+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing and logistics complexity within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Proven experience in strategic procurement and global logistics, including negotiations with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
* Demonstrated success in an integrated procurement and logistics management role.
* Managerial experience leading teams of 10 employees or more.
* Strong understanding of market research, sourcing methodologies, and vendor management.
* Experience working in complex, operationally intensive environments.
