Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute and manage the end-to-end procurement process for Global Facilities, Marketing and Service Providers categories.
* Conduct supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
* Deal with complexed and challenging legal contracts.
* Build excellent relationships with respective global functions in the organization to understand their procurement needs, act as a subject matter expert and effectively lead procurement initiatives.
* Negotiating with suppliers to achieve best terms and commercial results.
* Identify and lead cost reduction initiatives to achieve financial goals.
* Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead their renewals.
* Build and maintain long term relationships with suppliers and monitor suppliers' performance.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement

Working with legal teams.
Maintain and update supplier records, support vendor onboarding and documentation.

Travel Administration
Oversee travel bookings and meeting venue arrangements for business travelers in Israel, EU, and UK.
Partner with business requestors to plan travel itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics.
Analyze travel and meeting spend, define cost benchmarks, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and support travelers with documentation and issue resolution.
Negotiate rates and contracts with travel and meeting service providers.

What will you do?
Understand and monitor key spending trends, cost drivers & market factors, mostly in the field of SaaS, SW and cloud
Facilitate aspects of the procurement activities, including vendor evaluations, procurement and supplier processes, develop contracts, lead quarterly business reviews to drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
Establish, implement and manage procurement systems to enable purchasing processes.
Work closely with your main stakeholders (mainly CIO, R&D, Product)
