Were looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, youll play a key part in delivering real value to our customers - solving complex challenges, implementing impactful solutions, and helping them see tangible business results within weeks of deployment. Youll balance customer-facing collaboration with hands-on technical work, driving both engagement and execution across diverse global clients.
What Will You Do:
Implement us for our customers, ensuring a high quality of customer experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the professional services team and clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity and automation objectives.
Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing services.
Requirements: What Should You Bring to the Table:
1+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space.
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multiple cybersecurity solutions and experience in implementing SOC applications.
Experience with Python, Bash, Golang.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
