Were looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable by creating new vendor accounts (both local and foreign) and reconciling account payables.
Process vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system.
Facilitate vendor payments within the ERP system and handle related bank uploading.
Handle journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the TB, collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Manage documentation for credit card use in the company.
Report directly to the Corporate Controller.
Manage the fix assets reports monthly.
Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage).
2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
Strong Excel skills.
Highly Organized, professional, and details oriented.
Great communication skills.
A quick learner, ready to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
High-level English.
Hands-on experience in ERP, (Priority- advantage).
