In this role, you will be the technical owner of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), responsible for building, troubleshooting, and optimizing the complex, multi-channel journeys that drive our growth. How youll make an impact:
Technical Management: Own the operational side of our marketing tech stack. This includes managing the marketing database, ensuring data hygiene, creating precise audience segments, and maintaining the integration with our CRM (Salesforce).
Own the marketing automation stack (HubSpot preferred) including campaign setup, audience segmentation, workflow building, and testing.
Troubleshoot & Solve: Serve as the technical point-person for marketing automation. Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within workflows, data syncs, and email templates.
Optimize & Analyze: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (KPIs), and conduct strict A/B testing to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention. You will translate raw data into actionable insights for the team.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Content and Design to build compelling campaigns, and partner with Data, Product, and Sales teams to ensure our automation strategy supports broader business goals.
Requirements: 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in a Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or similar operational role HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing automationCRM integrations, list segmentation, dynamic content, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics, A/B test results, and funnel performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, BI tools).
Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, KPIs, and testing methodologies.
A data-driven mindset is essential. You must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and performance data to drive optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
