We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a temporary position.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, supporting our company HR team, managers and employees.
Please Note- This is a maternity leave replacement for one year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support the administration of employee life cycle processes.
Process payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
Take part in our annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment
Maintain a comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support the HR team with various operational tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in our company HR operations role
2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced HRIS platforms HiBob advanced.
Strong understanding of payroll operations, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent English both written and verbal is essential.
Bachelors degree.
