As HR Advisor you will be based in our Israel office.
This is a hands-on role, and we are looking a motivated and people-oriented person who is flexible, enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing business, capable of managing multiple demands and priorities. You should enjoy, appreciate and have a facility for interacting with people from many cultures and diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Act as the HR advisor supporting the iTero IT and QARA teams.
Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries and policies.
Supporting HR day-to-day, handling employee needs closely, and being a close partner to all levels of management while handling various HR projects and processes such as onboarding & offboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, talent management, training, welfare activities, etc.
Support employees daily conduct 1/1, support in time of needs, conduct round tables, etc.
Proactively identify gaps and organizational needs and implement changes necessary to cover risk while recommending relevant actions, processes/ work plans.
Proactively support top talents and critical roles
Support the Business Leaders to develop Employee Engagement action plans, providing advice, guidance, and ideas as required
Work closely with the TA team to support all the recruitment to the team
Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in Social Studies/Sociology/Psychology/Human Resources or similar, is a must
At least 2 years experience in HRBP / Advisor or similar roles
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, accommodating, and positive approach
Collaborator and team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong organization/coordination/administration capabilities
