We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Marketing team at Checkout.com. As a Digital Marketing Specialist you'll be in charge of large-scale PPC campaigns on Linkedin, as well as ad-hoc campaigns on other digital channels.
Reporting into the Director of Growth Marketing, you will work against ambitious growth targets, and help the team hit its Account Engagement and ROI objectives. This is primarily a hands-on role that requires an analytical mindset, superb attention to detail, and a methodic, data-driven approach to campaign management. This role will also allow you to take part in defining your managed channels strategy, track and optimize performance, and drive business growth for Checkout.com.

You will be joining a highly-talented global marketing team, and will get to work closely with multiple functions, such as Design, Regional Marketing, Events, Analytics and more.
How youll make an impact:
Hands-on execution of our paid digital strategy on Linkedin; creating campaigns, adjusting bids, optimizing performance, controlling budget allocation, monitoring pacing etc.
Drive performance optimization through ongoing a/b testing; Identify key insights, provide effective feedback and recommendations to the various campaign teams.
Create and monitor performance reports, measure key metrics, analyze results and formulate new strategies to improve our return on investment.
Work closely with design and content teams to conceptualize, launch and optimize campaign assets that can drive demand and raise awareness to our product offering and brand.
An advantage - being able to write (when needed) creative copy, using our brands messaging and refining for optimal results.
Requirements: You have a proven background in the digital marketing and/or the paid acquisition field, running global campaigns - preferably for a B2B brand.
You're familiar with enterprise B2B marketing principles, understand demand generation workflows and the role of digital marketing in the B2B sales funnel.
You have deep knowledge and a proven track record of running high-scale campaigns in one or more of the following advertising platforms: LinkedIn, AdWords, GDN, Bing, Facebook, Taboola, X (Twitter).
Strong technical/analytical orientation, with superb attention to detail and a passion for data.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have demonstrated ability to reach or exceed growth goals.
Youre comfortable working with content and design teams to develop new creative directions. You understand how design and copy nuances and optimizations can make an impact on performance.
You're a good communicator who enjoys leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across multiple teams.
