We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Specialist to join our team in Israel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply enthusiastic about global Talent acquisition , which will comprise 70–80% of their daily responsibilities . The HR Specialist will play a key role in sourcing top talent, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
* Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions globally.
* Align recruitment efforts with company culture, role requirements, and hiring manager expectations.
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely and high-quality hires. Employee Relations & Support
* Provide proactive support to employees by addressing their needs and concerns.
* Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain high morale.
* Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Welfare & Culture
* Organize welfare activities and company events to boost morale and promote a positive company culture.
* Plan and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration. Onboarding & Offboarding
* Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR, IT, and training teams.
* Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. Global Collaboration
* Work with global HR teams to implement and support global HR initiatives.
* Enhance organizational effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements: * 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or high-growth environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven ability to fill roles across departments, especially in software engineering, IT, and data science.
* Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment platforms.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and thrive in a dynamic setting.
